Notes

1. Airfare is NOT provided.
2. Fellowship award is non-transferable.
3. Four Nights will be paid by the Fellowship Program, Fellows must pay for additional nights by themselves.
4. Dates check-in: 2 Mar(Monday) and check-out: 6 Mar(Friday)
5. Fellowship fund includes the Refreshment/Lunch/Dinner for the days of the meeting.
6. Fellows are also entitled for the Welcome Reception(Tuesday eve) and Banquet(Thursday eve).
7. In case of no confirmation from fellows, waiting list fellow will be selected.
8. Selected fellows do not required to registered separately, their registration will be done automatically.
9. To & Fro (Hotel and Airport) traveling expenses will also be provided after arrival.
10. Fellows accommodation will be twin sharing.
11. Fellows must present passport/ID proof for the purpose of identification on the arrival.
12. Accommodation will be Katherine Plaza Hotel. Internet service will be provided.
